Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Aegean Reservations / M&B Contact Information?

Anyone have another number other than 210-6261000 for reaching Aegean Air reservations from the USA? I have tried several times at different times of the day and night and just get Aegean "we'll be right with you" recordings for about ten minutes and then the line seems to disconnect. The calls may be more expensive than the tickets I'm trying to change. :eek:

Well, they could be okay up in the air, but their customer care is... umm... well beyond my expectations. I am struggling to find out if my tomorrow afternoon flight has been cancelled or not. Nothing on their website. Tried calling their UK number. Well, to start with it is 0845 (i.e. 20p per minute), spend 20 minutes on hold and then they just hang up on me. Called back - same story. And again... Well, they ripped me off 5 quid for 40 minutes of Greek music on a lousy line.
Should have booked with BA.

I've filled out the contact form on their website twice but have yet to receive a reply.

Does anybody have an email address or phone number to contact them. I can't find either on the website.

They always been good about replying in my experience, it might be that their emails are being deflected to junk en route to you?

I forgot M&B password when trying to sync Awardwallet. Aegean allows 5 log in attempts before shutting you down. Once locked out, you can't even select the "I forgot my password" options. They then provide a bunch of non-US phone numbers that you have to call to get customer service. I tried emailing them with no response. Is there a US number I can call?

No, there isn't. But you can use Skype to call them on the number indicated for the US.
