Last September my family travelling from Bahrain to London voluntarily offloaded and took a flight the following day in return for USD250 vouchers each. (They were actually told they would get cash.) These vouchers are marked “Valid for Transportation/Good for Refund (delete one)” but none are deleted.
Does anyone know the procedure for converting these into cash?

jahason, I don't know the answer, but did you phone the local GF office and explain the offer of a 'cash' refund?
Did the voucher have a serial number of some kind? If it has a specific value printed onto the voucher, I wonder if a GF staffer could just arrange to send a cheque, based on your address on your ticket/booking?

Thanks for your advice. I sent their London office an e-mail and amazingly they wrote back within 10 minutes askng me to send my coupons to them (and keeping a copy myself).

London GF operation is excellent. The Special Services Unit for premium/status pax is superb in fact.
