Flying through HK going from Sydney to Manilla.

4 Hours in transit and want to get a workout.

Need decent weights (dumbells up to 40kg and leg press up to 400kg)

Is there one at/near the airport?

Anyone know what they charge?

Thise are some serious weights ;-)

Your best bet is probably going to be the Novotel Citygate hotel. They have a gym there, don't know if you can use it casually and don't know what the equipment is like.

Maybe the Regal Airport hotel has a gym, but you will need to check with them too.

Otherwise, you might want to take the airport express to Central and go to Fitness First, but with 4 hours layover, you might be cutting it a bit close.

Nothing in Tung Chung. The housing estates all have their own gyms.

Novotel at CityGate has a gym/outdoor pool and they have a day rate to use. Not sure about the weights, but treadmill, etc. IIRC it is $200HKD per day if you are not staying at hotel.

Regal is closer to airport - not sure about facilities, but assume they would have the same sort of deal.

Pure at IFC doesn't have a day rate...unless I was given the wrong info 2 weeks ago.

Regal at the Airport does have a gym with a day rate - but you'll have to call and ask for the specifics with regards to equipment.

Last year I worked out at the gym at the Regal airport hotel. I didn't pay attention the the weights but the cardio machines were truly terrible.
