Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - arrival lounge @ HKG

May be flying YYZ to HKG in C, can i use the lounges in HKG?

HK lounges are for departure only.

No airline has arrival lounges at HKG. Options are a day room at the rather dismal airport hotel (Regal) or access to that hotel's health club (cheaper and better than a day room there). Or just go into town, most hotels will try to get you a room early, though harder in the past couple of years as the hotels are full a lot.
