Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Observed at Hyatt ORD

I overnighted there last week and noticed on the TV Daily Function events, a morning reservation of one of the meeting rooms for Cathay Pacific..followed by a Hotel Inspection tour and Lunch for OneWorld. Could it be a New ORD-HKG service is in the works?

Maybe just a general OW meeting for all or some airlines, and CX reserved a meeting room for their staff?

the hotel site inspection could also be for cargo crew.. perhaps they were looking for new hotel for them to stay in...

It may be exactly what you are thinking. I work in a hotel, Starwood in MCO. We had a couple of days meeting some time ago for LH and after that a new FRA-MCO service was announced.
