MilesBuzz! - Seat Counter

I used to see Air France O (Business Award) on Seat Counter. Has there been a change or am I doing something wrong? It also indicates that I should be able to see Star Alliance award availability but I tried NZ and it does not show any award buckets.

Have you entered the airline in the first TWO boxes.. "NZ NZ"??

Edit... Hmmm.. now I can't seem to get it to work....

Within the last week I noticed that I couldn't see award seats for LH. I did check using UA and awards seats did show up UA. Something has changed within the last week or there is a glich.
