Hertz - Hertz in FRA.. downgraded but records don't show it.

I reserved a PDAR (Benz C220CDI or similar). I don't know what classification it is under Hertz, but my bill shows:

Reserved: I
Got: G6

I got a Vauxhall Vectra 1.9TDi station wagon with navigation.

Sorry that happened. It has happened to me at MUC many times that I am downgraded, often more than a class (in case you have forgotten my gnashing of teeth here :D ) There is usually an adjustment showing on my receipt upon return.

I have never had FRA downgrade me - for me, they are usually far above MUC in terms of service quality.

But if MUC downgrades me again next week I will be certain to share the outcome!

(The crossing the border to Czech wasn't what caused the downgrade for you, was it?)

Yes, the trip to Czech was what caused the downgrade. I am not angry over it, but they did not adjust the price.

They said they would never let a Benz C-series in the Czech Republic so I went with a Vectra. It had navigation so it was good enough.
