I'm confused on the benefits of this card. I have Amex SPG and HH and am just making sure I have the best combo for my needs.

"Let the Citi Platinum American Express Card be your access to over 500 VIP airport lounges in more than 90 countries and 275 cities worldwide no matter what airline or class of ticket. Relax in comfort away from the chaos and enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks with Priority PassTM.

Complimentary annual membership in Priority PassTM, VIP airport lounge program (a $99 annual savings) and the cost of your first 3 cardmember lounge visits waived (normally $27 per visit) – initial enrollment required along with yearly renewal.2"

The first paragraph makes it sound like you get free access, the second says you only get 3 free trips? Also, Admirals Club isn't included in Priority Pass, right? That will be value if it is next year when my AC expires.

Also, it says 25K Thank You points = free domestic ticket. Considering you get 3 points per dollar and 5 on "everyday" spending, that's a super deal. How does it work against hotels like SPG and Hilton?

Is there an annual fee?

Do the companion tickets require full-fare?

Thanks, does anybody with experience with SPG and Citi Plat want to chime in?

This card is issued by Citi, not by American Express, and it is extensively discussed in this thread in the Other Credit Cards section of Flyertalk...

Correct, the annual fee for this card is only $125. You receive three lounge visits, then pay $27 per visit. Very few Admirals Club international locations accept Priority Pass.

Thanks, I found this thread doing a search in google. I'm still curious about the companion fare and hotel conversion (I've only read about half the thread though).

Thanks

None of my AMEXs allow me to login to entre. Are the prices similar to what you'd find on expedia or are they heavily marked up? I'm trying to gauge the value of this benefit.

I'd also like to know how many TYPs it takes to get a CAT4 Starwood (10,000 Starpoints) or the equivalent Marriott/Hilton (35,000 points).

Does anybody with more experience with Entre have any feedback?

Thanks
