Has anyone seen the El Al website lately? Specifically the "EL AL Terminals at world airports" section of the USA site?

El Al, do yourself a favor, you shouldn't advertise your homepage if it looks this horrid.

http://www.elal.co.il/ELAL/English/AllAboutYourFlight/AtTheAirport/ELALWorldTerminals.htm

"Hong Kong International Airport LaAnt Au" (Is that supposed to say Lantau?)

"Destination: Istanbul
Airport: Only One Terminal
Terminal: Ataturk International Airport Yesilkoy" (enough said)

"Destination: Los Angelese
Airport: Los Angelese International Airport
Terminal: Tom Bradly International Terminal" (never knew Los Angeles could be so mangled)

"Destination: Miami
Airport: Miami International
Terminal: Flights Departure from concourse G
Flights arrival to concourse F
Baggage collected in concourse G(carousel No 11)" (This sentence needs to be so cumbersome?)

"Destination: New Ark
Airport: New Ark Airport
Terminal: Terminal B3" (Newark!)

"Destination: New York
Airport: J/F Kennedy (JFK)
Terminal: Terminal 4" (It's not J or F Kennedy airport, nor are we talking about booking classes!)

"Destination: Zurich
Airport: Kloten Airport
Terminal: Terminal B" (This may be me, but people still call it Kloten Airport?)

New Ark : Please note in New-Ark we offer mini-Arks to transfer you from the terminal to our rented out party space in a hotel.

Yeah, actually I think many people still do call it that.
(Or maybe it's just that I hang with some really unhep folks. :o )

I guess they are able to turn a profit ($31M) by cutting back on proof-editting:

On my first trip to Israel, nearly 20 years ago, I was amazed at the poor quality of the transliterated and translated English. Even though my Ivrit is not much more than siddur-level, I told my wife that if she somehow talked me into the aliyah thing, I knew what my new career would be...

After I set up a frequent flyer reward trip for my parents, my dad asked,

"Are we flying out of Idlewild?"

I had no idea what he was talking about.

Well I am from the pre-JFK generation :)

The Airport used to be called Zürich - Kloten (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z%C3%BCrich_Airport). There is nothing wrong calling it the same today. It gets worse, when you find out that there are two airports in Frankfurt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frankfurt_Airport_%28disambiguation%29).
I thought, that El Al is processed on the E-Terminal?
But that´s maybe the reason, Israir is flying this route as well.

1. You now have to change your password every 90 days. When you change it is - whether correctly or incorrectly it asks you "Logg off"? Didn't know it is spelled with two Gs.

2. In Firefox, the account report is not formatted. Just a stream of letters and numbers. I guess it is no longer standard practice by Web designers to test out their web pages on IE and Firefox.
