Does anyone have any experience with lounge access in Osaka for SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers on an international flight? I see Korean Air has a lounge, but skyteam.com says nothing about Osaka. It doesn't even show the airport guide for Osaka.
According to the KE website here are the details about the lounge:
* Location: North side of 3th floor of Passenger Terminal Building
* Operated by : Korean Air
* Open hour: 07:30 ~ 16:30
* Facilities
- FR/CLS : 10 seats , PR/CLS : 56 seats
- Beverage , light snack , soup
- Local /Korean /English newspapers and magazines
- TV , business space (internet, fax, printer)
- Toilet , Public Phone
- Free internet access
I have had issues accessing a KE lounge (in MNL) when not flying KE, but that was 18 months ago and things may be better now. This one is KE operated so you should have access, assuming you're there during the hours it is open.

I just went through KIX and tried to get to the Korean Air lounge. I found that the lounge is not easily accessible when flying through the north wing. I was told that the Korean Air lounge was outside of immigration. I didn't even try to get to it after I was told that.

NW (and UA incidently) uses the Asuka lounge, which is a shared lounge, probably privately owned. Been there a few times. Simple elegant beer draft machines a few snacks yougurt, iMacs and free wifi.
Not sure if ST Ellite+ gets you in though. I used my WC membership for me and 2 guests, and mom used her WBC BP

In Osaka you can use the KE lounge if you are flying BF or if you Elite Plus (in which case you can even bring a guest).

I was in the Korean lounge in Osaka, but it was quite a hike with a high BladeRunner feeling; lots of lifts, backtracking, pooooor signage, noodle shops, long hallways, etc. but when I got there, a decent, very empty lounge.
