I've tried to use my CO miles to Aruba--but was told since CO does not have flights into Aruba, and uses other airlines for connecting flights, I cannot use my OnePass miles. Seems strange--Aruba?? That aside, what would be a good fare RT from DFW? Tried last night--was quoted $600--can I do better?

You should pose your question in the Continental forum as it is airline specific.

You got some bad advice. According to Continental's own web site, Oranjestad, Aruba (AUA) is served on the carrier's own metal.

Whether or not you can obtain a OnePass reward due to availability is another issue. Continental is notoriously stingy with OnePass rewards.
Paid travel between the US and AUA is pretty expensive. Continental had some specials from Texas to AUA last month, but those have disappered. $600 is par for the course, unfortunately.

Since this is specific to claiming rewards on Continental, I'm going to move this to the Continental forum (http://www.flyertalk.com/forumcgi/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Continental&number=20&DaysPrune=5&LastLogin=).
