We were booked on NZ5 in Premium Economy on 3/14. The flight was cancelled, but Air NZ were able to get us seats on NZ1 (in Economy) on the same date. They handled the whole thing very well, and rearranged our onward connections from AKL. However, they were a little vague about whether we would receive a refund of the difference in fare between Premium and regular Economy. Has anyone had a similar experience? Am I due a refund from Air NZ?
