I'm guessing that it will charge like roaming GSM data plans, which is to say much more expensive than Connexion was. Considering that Connexion had trouble getting subscribers with the rates they had, this will probably be worse for data. The voice won't be too bad, as many are conditioned to paying those rates for their voice roaming and this won't be any worse.
