Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - where to buy cheap MS fare

Hi FT'ers,
I found a very cheap fare on MS through ITA. The fare does not show up on the usual big travel sites, and my travel agent seems to be MIA. Would you recommend travel agents that might be able to get the fare I found on ITA if I gave him/her all the fare calculation information?

what about booking it at www.egyptair.com ? Did mine there, nice smooth etix...
