I have about 250k in Dividend miles and I want to find a way to transfer it to a partner in *alliance so I can use them on Lufthansa
Any Help?

Sorry, no transfers, according to http://www.staralliance.com/star_alliance/star/content/faq.html

but you will be able to use them for StarAlliance award flights (includes LH, etc).
