I just noticed this in my monthly TrueBlue Statement:

Basically, you get a $50 statement credit on your JetBlue Amex if you charge a JB flight within 1st 3 months (along with the usual 50 TrueBlue points). So if you charge a flight < 3 months in, you will be +$10 after paying for the $40 annual fee.
