Qantas Frequent Flyer - Swissair partner?

Ive just read this in the QF FF news

Swiss International Air Lines

Members can now earn points on Swiss services between Frankfurt and Zurich.

This is in addition to the points members may earn on Swiss operated services between Asia and Switzerland and within Switzerland.


Does this mean that you can earn FF points only or credits as well?

Points only is my understanding.

I would expect its just like earning points on SA, SK, AZ and others. If it isn't part of OneWorld, then its points only.

May not last too long - appears LX has already chewed through it's 2bill startup funds and is bleeding/faltering badly. More fleet groundings and route cancellations over the past week.
Same report says BA also blocking them from joining ow.
