Swiss International Airlines - Refund - How long should/can it take ?

I had a (fully flexible) LX ticket about a month ago, which I had to cancel due to a delayed flight. I straight away used the online refund form, but haven't heard anything from them eversince.
After about 3 weeks I tried to contact them by email (refund@), but also no answer.
Any experience how long the refund should take ? How to speed up the process or even get to talk to someone directly ?

I had once a refund, but it tooks more then 6 weeks to get a notice, that it will be refunded. After 2 month the refund was on my credit card.

Six months, and still waiting.

My last two cancellations, one in January, and one two weeks ago, were three days and five days for the refund to appear on my CC.

Nothing secret about it, I'm talking normal reservation line.

My experience

Do it over the normal reservation hotline: about a month
Do it at the ticket office in the airport: 3 days

until it shows up on my credit card account - online.

Guess the online forms are processes somewhere in "India" or the like and the piles are huge...

Update

After 8 weeks (two calls and 3 emails) I finally got my refund.
However the emails were kept unanswered and no explanation given.
