ANYONE with any info...i have called NY office they gave me an email re: where to querry about my DPR report..luggage damage( not lost) was nearly 800$ Apr '07 report was file in AUH--copy I have.....but unable to get any customer assistance on this matter....any emails, anything would be helpfull..once again already called NY office as well as baggae hotline in UAE...

When James Hogan was at Gulf Air, there was a link on that website to 'email the President'.

With google you should be able to find the name of the country manager and a way to contact that person, which might help if you can send corro cc'd to the country manager and the big boss. :)
I'd try through the US as the country as my experience of customer service at ME airports has been OK to very poor.
