I've been flying Jetblue for business for a long time. It's a long story, but the short version of it is a) they fly frequently where I do business; b) I have flown over 1MM on AA and the combo of everyone being Platinum these days (good luck on upgrades) and the quitely-readded-rows of seats (laughable seating for a 6 footer with a laptop) was enough.
Anyway, I rack up TrueBlue Awards all the time - I think I've flow 6 trips free at this point, given another or two away. That said, I just went to book a trip recently and feel like I noticed a change in the policy. I never remember being blocked out of a flight - if there were seats than I had a drop down menu options of credit card, JetBlue Credit or TrueBlue Pass. Not it appears as though, they operate like most carriers - they have a limited number of seats available for TrueBlue Awards.
Can others confirm that this is a change in policy? (It would be so typical of an airline to slip this in with no announcement).
