Bought 4 candles @ 69 cents each.
The 100 Goldpoints each failed to appear on the receipt. Manager said the best he could do was "take down my information". This waas several days ago - no points yet.
Anyone else have experience with supermarket followup?

With Goldpoints, it's not really a "snafu."
It's Standard Operating Policy.
IOW, if you're points posted in a timely manner, then you obviously didn't credit them to Goldpoints. Must be some other program...

Bumping this back up.
Still no sign of those goldpoints and the story gets worse -- yes, I know with goldpoints mishaps know no bounds but ...
At a different Food Emporium (these Goldpoint bonuses per item -- separate from the chainwide bonus based upon a minimum of $100 spending per month -- vary from store to store) I saw on the shelf display that Thomas Toaster Muffins were 200 Goldpoints each (limit 4, as usual).
Natch, the scanner the failed to credit any. At first the cashier pointed to the total points in my account and said vehemently, "THERE are your points!"
After she understood the problem, she called for the store manager and went off to the display.
The store manager arrived and was much more concerned with the fact that the items posted for half the correct price than the missing points issue. The cashier then came back with the shelf label clearly promising the goldpoints.
They offered to refund my purchase on the spot in cash. I accepted as the manager clearly had no idea how to deal with the missing goldpoints.
This is 2/3 clearly marked "bonus" products that have failed to post.
Those of you in the NYC area are warned!
