It says Citroen C6 or similar for PDAR, has anyone got that when renting Europcar PDAR in Germany? Or is it usually sth else?

They do have a couple of Citroen C6 - if you dont want it then I would book LDAR, which usually costs exactly the same. try it out :)
I hate the C6 and rather drive a Audi A6, E-Class or BMW 5 Series.

that doesnt help. because they cost the same, for europcar pdar and ldar are the same category. they will still give you a c6 if you book ldar. but they could also give you an e200komp estate. (and that is much worse than the c6) actually they have quite a lot of the c6 around. expecially at the airports they have at least 5. a6 and 5series is very very rare right now. the probability is extremely high to get a c6 or e200komp/e220cdi. I would suggest to rent fdar. saves money and the 3series/Cclass are quite rare as well, so chances for an upgrade are there.

If you like the Audi A6, I suggest you book PWAR, where you will most likely get the Audi A6 station wagon. If you book FDAR as recommended by others you will most likely be upgraded to LDAR which is usually the Mercedes E200 or you may end up with the C6 (which I would prefer over the E200). Currently they are getting lots of new Mercedes C-Class but only some of them come with auto-trans (which would be FDAR or FWAR for a station wagon). As BMWs are almost non-existent at the moment, chances are very high you will get a Mercedes regardless of what class you book.

The C6 is almost always a diesel, as is the Audi A6, however there are quite a few A6 that may not have the diesel engine.

Currently there are only very few SWAR vehicles, which would be the Audi A4 Station wagon, so you will most likely be upgraded to the FWAR (which would be the new C-Class wagon) or even higher. But be careful there are a few Alfa Romeo or Fiat vehicles out there that are supposed to be SWAR/SWMR, and you don't want to get stuck in one of these.

I am currently driving a 320d touring, not automatic from europcar. that would be fwmr. however, dont know how many are around at europcar. with pwar they can easily upgrade you to lwar. happened to me once. and that was a e200komp estate.
the audi a4 in sdmr/swmr are going out because the new model is coming. actually europcar (and avis) has already the new a4 saloon.

Most of them have satnav but next to none have auto trans, at least at Europcar.
