www.europebyair.com (http://www.europebyair.com) offers pretty reasonable deals for travellers to Europe since their minimum requirement is just ONE coupon unlike *A and SK which require a minimum of 3 coupons.

Anyway, I bought a coupon off them and got a booking printout but when I got to Europe then the carrier denied me boarding since it "had never heard of this outfit". I missed my flight and was forced to buy a walk-up one-way business class ticket which cost many times more than my coupon.

I contacted the carrier involved (OV) but they brushed me off and told me to contact the issuing agency. I contacted the agency and they told me to deal with the airline involved...

So, what should I do? Who to deal with? The airline, which is very hard to deal with from previous encounters? Or the agency which is at least in the civilized world and can be probably be held accountable? BTW, my travel insurance does not cover this sort of thing.

Has anyone dealt with Europebyair before and maybe has a friendly contact there?
