I think it's because when you are not seated on a first row, the seat is a bit crampy with less legroom, perheabs this person didn't like to put his feet under the seat in front...

Great TR! I always have issues with the aviapassion web site; it seems really slow. But I love all the pics. How did you get such steady pictures out the window during taxi/takeoff? I've tried longer exposure pics like you did but always get up-and-down bouncing... do you have a camera with antishake?

Thank You for sharing us your experience with Air France, it gives me an idea of what Air France is like in the eyes of a traveler.

How was the service overall? Break that down with Flight Attendants, Catering, Entertainment, Amenities and Seat Comfort?

Since Air France has had a bad rap with services, especially with the premium cabins, would you still recommend it, based on your experiences with them?

Firstly, thank you CX_First for your reply.

Overall the service was very nice thanks to an hostess which was so nice as I said on the TR, but other member of the crew and especialy the chief purser seems not happy at all, he said me for example "I think that some persons should not be happy as you take some pictures".

For the catering it was quite nice but I always found the slide of foie gras too slim, and it's a shame that champagne is served on classic glass.

About the IFE, it's still acceptable for me as (it's VOD with only 12films) most of the film are available in french, but I imagine that for foreigner people the choice is really limited.

On the new amenties kit, there are nothing exiting, some shocks, a Clarins tube cream, eggs plug, eyes something...

As I said on the TR, I really like the NEV3 version, but I cannot objectively said if this seat is better than BA or CX as I never tried full flat bed for example.

The problem with AF premium cabin is for First class where the catering is quite the same than in J class. But in J class the product is quite competitive, nevertheless be aware than the NEV3 seat is only available on 2/3 of the 772 and some 77W, all the others (330/340/744/77W) still have the NEV2 version, which is less comfortable (with the famous "tobogan") if you want to sleep. Moroever 10 of 13 744 still have a very old IFE system on board where you can only swith the channel and change the volume lol.

Great trip report! My recent experience on AF was very good, but yours seemed a little bit better than mine ;)! I'd be willing to give AF C another shot, but only if there's nothing better available...
