JetBlue TrueBlue - JetBlue Amex Balance Transfer

If you transfer a balance to a JetBlue Amex, do you get points? Couldn't find it on their T&C.

Also - is the 50 point deal the best signup offer for the JetBlue Amex? I have an SPG and Plat Charge, but I've been flying a ton of semi-last minute JetBlue flights and sometimes paying a rather hefty fee. Wish I could transfer some Starwood points (Plat card is new, so no MR points yet). The main different between Plat and JetBlue is 250:1 and 200:1, right (of course MR can be used elsewhere, too)?

Very, very, very few cards provide points/benefits on transfer balances. I don't know if the JetBlue card does or not, but I would assume not.

Not sure if it ended yet or not, but there was an offer not long ago for 50 points plus a free o/w ticket I believe.

I am still waiting for my 50 true blue points to be deposited, anyone experience how long it takes?

The points accumulate by the calender month. i.e the 1st to the 31st. The points get transfered a few days after the cut of the statement after the month you accumulated them in. So:

You get the card September 15th. All the points you earn (and the sign up bonus) would be received at the cut of that statement which is October 15th. Those points that you earned in October would be credited to your account a few days after your November statement cuts. (So long as you paid your October bill)

So if your statement cuts in the beginning of the month you have to wait almost 60 days to get your points. If it cuts at then end it's closer to 30.
