Today I received a folded card through the postal service touting the 2008 Club Rewards Online Catalog. I submitted an email inquiry to Diners customer service who replied that the catalog should be back online by Friday (3.7.2008).

The mailing makes no mention of redeeming Club Rewards points for airline miles. This is probably just a poor editorial decision, but happily I converted all points to BA miles last week.

It is still offline. I don't know what is going on but a 4 day outage is unacceptable to me.

pretty typical for the Diners Club program in general. If my company didn't demand we use DC I'd never, ever use them.

Same here. Company requires the use of the DC card. I also got the mailer and tried the website to no avail. :(

The catalog is back online. It appears to have been reorganized, but I see no radical change to the look or content.

Were there ever hotel certificate awards offered using Diners points? I could swear they used to have them but I don't see them on the site now.

Yup. Hyatt, Marriott, RC and Fairmont stay certificates are gone now. :td:

Wow, that's a real bummer...the Hyatt certs were one of the major reasons I just opened a DC account.
