Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Foreign Websites...Flight Discounts

So I am trying to help a friend book a flight for a missionary to travel to the US. I like priceline if you have flexibility but quickly learned that the flight must originate in the US. Does anyone know of discount travel websites that will allow the flight to originate outside the US (specifically GIG).
