Dear Air New Zealand passenger,

Thank you for booking your Air New Zealand Business flight with us recently.
We are conducting an important strategic project, investigating what Business passengers like yourself value most when they are flying longhaul (on flights of more than 10 hours), and we’d really like to include your opinions.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete - your feedback will be used by the team currently working on the design of the next generation of longhaul planes presently on order for Air New Zealand.

I usually complete surveys in the hope that businesses will take note of what is submitted, both the good and bad.

This was an interesting survey, with lots of questions about the BP product.
What is important to you and what is not.

NZ is clearly gearing up to stay ahead of SQ, Emirates, QF, BA, Thai and UA.

I applaud them for the format and style of questioning, the results would be interesting to read.

Yes, I received the same email as well - it was interesting to complete and really seemed to want to hone in on what priorities I had for BP seating.

I agree that it would be fun to see the results of this study, including number of respondents!

I must admit the magazine was a low priority for me...

No email for me despite many recent longhaul business flights on NZ.

They seem to change the provider of their surveys from week to week!

Also interesting to see NZ have a new insights manager.
