Air New Zealand Air Points - Tk / Nz ?

I see that from Monday 3 March TK frequent flyer members will be able to earn and burn points on NZ flights

Does anyone know if this will be reciprocal from that date ? My partner is flying TK in J class the week after next and I had assumed that since TK are not yet in Star he would be S.O.O.L. but now I am wondering whether he will be able to earn NZ airpoints - I have checked the NZ website but the airpoints info is always badly out of date ( they still list CA and FM as regular partners rather than being Star Alliance even though they became full members nearly three months ago )

I doubt it (rumoured *A join date is 1 April), but call NZ Airpoints to check.

Remember when CA and FM joined Airpoints in 2006, one year before their entry to *A, NZ updated their website on the last day. There was not a word before that. Considering how accurate and updated other infomation on NZ website is, some one is not doing a proper job.
