Hertz - Hertz London question
Which non-airport Hertz locations in London are outside the congestion zone? I need to return a car on my way from Berkshire to a location near Kings Cross. I was thinking of dropping it at LHR and taking the tube but I wonder if anyone has any better ideas. It's likely I'll be returning after 18:00, so the congestion charge might not be a problem -- but then the city return locations will likely not be open.
Any advice?
I'm not sure how accurate this is.. but here are some locations on the
map:

And if you play around.. you'll find some more outside the area too.

If it is a thursday, friday or sunday when you are returning, then the Victoria location is open until 20:00 . This is a short tube ride or taxi ride to Kings Cross and if you are going to be entering the congestion charge zone after 18:00 you will not have to pay

It looks like the Edgeware Road location is on the free "through route". Worth checking with the location that that is the case.
LHR is a tedious hour plus on the Piccadilly line to Kings Cross. Depends how familiar you are with London and it's traffic. You may think it is better to sit on the Tube for an hour rather than fight the traffic.
