Korean Air Skypass - Skyteam Elite Plus/NWA Plat question on KE seating?

So i did a search and nothing concrete came up and selecting seats early on an upcoming KE flight.

I am flying KE 672 KUL-ICN on a 330-200. Just curious if i can call to try to get a seat towards the frong of Economy.

I've never had any trouble getting KE to pre assign seats, even when I had no Skyteam status. I don't think they hold back any seats other than exit rows and bulkheads. So any other seat is open then you can take it
