Planning a trip to Orlando around April Vacation. Have heard that Orlando is a destination that has frequent overbooked flights. Does anyone know what the best days and times would be for possible bumps resulting in compensation or free flights.
We will be traveling on US Airways from Orlando to Boston, Ma or Portland, Me. We realize this is not a given, but any articles or information that would be of help to us would be appreciated.
Thankyou for your response.

Welcome to FT.

I will have to let others provide the details, but you'll want to try to identify heavy load factors for the days you're planning to travel to figure out your best opportunity to get bumped. Several threads have appeared on this topic, so I'm sure a quick search will get you the specific websites that you want so you can monitor the situation and plan accordingly.

First and foremost thankyou very much for your reply. This is my first time ever on any message board site pertaining to flying. Alittle unsure of the lingo associated with this message board. Understand your reply that you must mean high volume, means the number of people flying on that day? Sorry also green any tips on how you would conduct a search.

Thank you for your time and help
