Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Renting a car with non-clean license

Where would I be able to get a car? I have tried Avis, National and Budget and got declined for all three. Enterprise is way too expensive in this area ... Any ideas?
I'd be renting in Westchester County, NY or Albany, NY
Thanks!
Sorry guy, I do not give advice for such a thing. It's too foolish to rent a car without a valid driving license. Just my two cents

If you have a "non-clean license", the best kind of car to rent is a taxi. It comes with its own driver.

What is a non-clean license? Is it what you get when you stick your DL in the mud?

Lots of traffic violations presumably.

Not the best idea if I have to drive 200 miles ...

I believe it's 3 or more tickets in the last 24 months

No, that's a dirty license.
OP: Does disputing the tickets do no good?

You mean disputing with the rental company? The computer at the counter automatically rejects my license and when I call to find out why (it seems to be a separate line from the main CS #), the CSR was rude so I just hung up.
