US Airways Dividend Miles - Charge for booking award ticket within 14 days?

Is there a charge for booking an award ticket within 14 days of flight on US air? I am trying to decide whether to fly Delta or US air to New York on March 8th. I have miles on both Delta and US air. Delta charges $75 because it is within 14 days. I didn't think that US air did but I just saw this stated on the website that there is a $50 charge if booked online and $75 fee if booked by phone. I went in to see if there are seats available (there is) but the fee is not being charged on the final confirmation page. I won't be able to book the flight until Friday, waiting to see if my friend will be able to go with me. What is USair's policy? Am I reading something wrong?

I just got off the phone with usair and got my answer. There is a $75 fee if booked within 14 days over the phone but no charge if booked online within 14 days. Beginning May 1st, there will be a $50 fee when booked online.
