I do not currently have a DC, and based on some other FT'er recommendations, it seems I should........so - I am here to "ask the experts":).

Is there a particular card i should apply for? Is there a particular time of year that a bonus to join could be offered for which I wshould wait? Is there a member referral in which any of YOU could earn points off ME joining? Anything else I should know..........

I have a Marriott card which I use for those stays - I also have an AmEx and a USAir Master Card, which I may end up closing.

Any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated - TIA -

Diners Club offers only two personal cards in the USA. Diners Club Charge Card, annual fee $95, and Carte Blanche, annual fee $300. (In fine print you may see references to a Diners Club Credit Card, but this card is not offered to new customers, only the Charge card.) There is no compelling reason to choose Carte Blanche, there is no longer any enrollment bonus or referral program, applications are accepted only by telephone 1 888 923.4637. In short, what you see at http://dinersclubus.com is what you get. No hidden offers or features.
