Just made Diamond VIP. So what are the benefits? I haven't seen anything that explains what the perks are....

It depends a great deal on where you stay (International or North America) and which brand of the Hilton Family (Conrad, Hilton, Hampton, etc.)

At some locations you will get SFA. At other you might get an upgrade, depending on occupancy. You may also get additional points and miles depending upon how you choose to set up your account ("My way").

At the moment your question, as posed, is similar to "how far is up"?

...unless your stays drop off, and then they may toss you a carrot. Other than the Diamond Force, not much difference from Gold.
