Is this for real?
My sister loves to send out stuff like this-I tell her to check out Snopes.com first before sending-which she did on this one.
Attachment based virus,Attchment says Invitation. Can be sent from a recognized email.Supposed to be pretty nasty.

If it is real, Symantec hasn't heard of it yet (http://www.symantec.com/norton/security_response/threatexplorer/threats.jsp).

:rolleyes:Thanks for the links, the seender of the info swears she checked snopes before sending the warningI get a lot of those letters from a cousin to check out before she sends them to all and sundry. (Don't know why she can't do it herself, but that's another topic.) Most of the letters she forward turn out to be hoaxes, but they all say something like "I checked this with Snopes and it's the most serious virus in years." Are you sure the sender said she checked Snopes herself, or could that have been in the hoax letter she forwarded?

probably part of the hoax letter to dissuade recipients from actually checking themselves.

of course, can you really trust snopes (http://xkcd.com/250/) in the first place?? :D
