I don't know if the official word is out yet (or if this is something YX would even make an announcement about as I don't know if there is a "rule 240" in their CoC) but a reliable source tells me that Midwest and AirTran will no longer have an interline agreement as of the end of March, with YX the one pulling the plug on the agreement.

As it stands now, either airline has the discretion to reroute passengers to the other during irregular ops---delays, misconnects, cancellations, oversells, etc; baggage can also be checked through between YX and FL connecting flights at any point. None of this will be allowed once the interline agreement is pulled.

YX still has interline agreements with most if not all of the other airlines that serve MKE, so it's not that big a deal, but still fewer options if you need to be rerouted and are traveling to a city that both YX and FL serve.
