JetBlue TrueBlue - LH/B6 cooperation being discussed

Barger's most forward comment from the interview:
"I'd be very surprised if we're not doing things jointly in some manner over the course of 2008"

So, what kind of cooperation can be expected with such a short start-up window?

The second half of his quote was The sheer fact this investment closed as quickly as it did speaks to the intent between both companies [to co-operate], whether that is commercial or supply chain or whatever.
Reading that makes me wonder if it could be as easy as porting the LiveTV technology over to the LH short-haul fleet based in Europe (obviously on a different sattelite system) or even using LH catering in JFK to stock toilet paper on the LH planes. I'm not really sure what other options are covered by "whatever" but I'm sure there are plenty of opportunities out there.

I still don't know how much sense code-sharing makes with the disparities in the FF programs and it will certainly take longer than just a few months to make them compatible unless they really slap something ugly together.
