Going to Portugal next week. Can you tell us if the orange trees will be in fruit? Do you recommend taking a coat or just a sweater?

Looks like you didn't get an answer to your question, but I'm wondering how it was? Going there in April for the first time...not that I expect Feb weather and April's to be all that similar...

Here this weekend on vacation and the weather's fine. Its been between 60 and 70 F during the day and prob 55 to 60 at night. A light jacket's fine overall.

I've been living in the Lisbon area for the last three years. April should be warm and sunny, 70s during the day. It can get windy, though, so a light jacket or windbreaker may come in handy.
