I have requested an award ticket with LH in F to the US about 4 days ago and have not heard from QR ever since. How long does it usually take for them to reply to such a request? I think it is really bad customer service if they are not able to reply within a day or two, not to say that their award booking engine doesn´t allowe to book partner awards....
