Korean Air Skypass - Traveling with refrigerated medication on KE

I'll be traveling JFK-ICN-PVG in Prestige class, and will need to bring along some injectable medication that must be refrigerated. This will be my first time traveling with the medication, and I've been advised to bring along a small collapsible cooler with ice packs and plenty of extra bags for ice to keep things cold. I'm hoping that once I get on the plane, the FAs will be kind enough to store the medication in a refrigerator for me until landing.

Does anyone have experience with carrying medication like this on KE? Will they hold onto the medication for me? Is there anything I need to do before departing to alert them that I will be carrying the medication?

I think you better get doctor's certificate and call KE office to explain your situation. I think they can help with your case then.
