Hertz - Hertz Smart Deals February 2008 - sent to APAC #1 Club Members?

I received an email from Hertz linking me to this page:

At the bottom of the page it says "Be NICE! Share SMART DEALS WITH A FRIEND!" so here you are :)

I assume that the email is being sent to #1 Club Members in Asia-Pacific but it also has a signup link to join #1 Club so the offers appear to be open to all.

I've not looked at the offers in detail to see if they're actually any good.

Hertz charges HK$200 for GPS in Hong Kong? Holy cow, that is almost 3 times as much as in the United States.
