Hertz - What additional charges can there be after an estimate for a prepaid reservation?

I read some of the posts regarding charges and I was wondering what additional charges could occur? This is my reservation info (translated):

Gas for a tank that is not returned full and any speeding/parking violations that you incur are the things that typically get added. Just ensure that your tank is returned at the agreed upon level and you will be set.

Isn't the damage waiver included in the estimate? It says "Loss Damage Waiver".
