Hilton HHonors - Any luck with Point Stretchers?

Has anyone had any luck making a reservation with Point Stretchers points so far this year, 2008, in the U. S.?

I used one Lakeland, FL 12/28/07-01/01/08 with no problem, though this may fall into the '07 category...

I tried multiple dates at the Hilton Gaithersburg, MD with no luck.

Yes! 6 nights at Hilton Garden Inn, Staten Island, NY. in June 2008. 90,000 Pointstretchers award.

15k/night at the HGI Staten Island is pretty good... it regularly goes for $140+/night. That's right at $0.01/point. Their restaurant is also better than most HGIs.

Bucharest and Budapest, this summer.

mv, don't know if Wilmington is close enough for you. But, I believe the Doubletree is available until the end of March, 2008 for Point Stretchers. Also, there is a HGI in Lancaster, PA available.

I was looking for space for Memorial Day weekend, and there was nothing. But the young lady at Hilton did a little search, and told me of these. :)

I booked a Point Stretcher for 3 nights from 2/22/08 to 2/25/08 at the Homewood Suites San Diego/Del Mar for 54,000 points. Lots of good reviews.

I've got a room booked in San Diego in march for 3 nights.

No Point Stretchers in Nevada :-(

really never ever was able to get Point Stretcher Rewards with HH... Long live SPG :-)

2 nights at the Hilton Vienna Danube 02/16-02/18. Decent value.

Mon. April 7 at the DT Bay City MI--15K instead of 25K. It even has PS available most of June! :) Hotel ( & cookie) is so nice, but Bay City especially downtown sux.

I have been looking for PS for this summer in the Caribbean but no luck yet. When I called, they said I should start seeing these in May.

Last summer had PS for Hilton Cancun (I think 24K per night down from 40k, or maybe a bit less). Hoping for PS somewhere else this summer.

Earlier this year I was successful getting 3 of 5 PS in Europe and 0 for 4 in the US. Currently I see nothing available May or Jun and sadly assume Jul and Aug will be the same.

Same here.... hoping for Curacao.

I had to book a stay in San Diego last month and didn't find any pointstretchers on the search site. But when I did a reward search from the regular reservations page, it showed a hotel that had a pointstretcher award available. I didn't book it but it was certainly available.

So it's probably worth searching for regular awards and then seeing what you get in terms of pointstretchers.
