Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Need advice on cheap flights for USA & Canada

Since I am not familiar with the North American airline ticket market, I need advice on good search engines. I have to book the following route:

NCY-Calgary-SEA (or even better Vancouver but it's more expensive)-SFO-LAX

What about using FlyerTalk search engine - that will give you plenty of answers to your question.

To name a few:

Expedia,Orbitz,travelocity,etc.

If you are looking for multi-stops, these are expensive.

Sites like Kayak.com and Mobissimo survey all the other sites. So put in your search terms and leave it to them. Some sites don't cooperate so it will not be the last word.

Among other choices check out www.aircanada.com. Some of their fares do not appear on the other sites.

Check out itravel2000.com, I got a flight from Fredericton, NB to LAX for less then 600....through aircanada it would have been over 750.
