I just figured I have spent $40,000+ of my company's money on travel with Qantas in the last 12 months (and I'm only a junior guy), and yet my Qantas business travel rep cannot be bothered to even feign suck-up-ness.

Every request, whether it's a minor or a major, no matter how nicely I ask, is treated as if he's doing me a big favour, and each time, I have to insist it's done, so as not to be fobbed off entirely.

I guess the great thing about our rep is that he does actually know the answers, as the others I've spoken to don't.

My colleagues think I just hate Q. Are they right? Are my expectations unreasonable.

Something to ponder on as I look forward to another 60+ hours on Q planes in the next few weeks.

I think he has been to the QF FA training school! Many of them exude the same couldn't care less attitude.

Fly Thai or SQ and notice the difference in ATTITUDE to people who pay their wages!

I got a mobile phone bill today for $23 for the 21 minutes I was on hold to QF Res. on 131313 to confirm a flight. THAT is scandalous.

EVERY time I phone QF, even from home, it is NEVER under 15 mniutes, even late at night. Do others cop these delays?
