Hilton HHonors - Downtown Austin, Not the Hilton

I need to be back in Austin, TX the second or third week of February. My go-to hotel is the Hilton downtown where I've put in 100+ nights. Unfortunately, they are sold out for both weeks and the best rate I can get is $189 which is over my budget for Austin. I can get into the Hampton Inn a few blocks away for $99 and probably the same at the Embassy Suites at Town Lake. Anyone ever been to either one recently? Location is a wash, I'm just looking for a nice room and a decent weight room.

Don't know about the weight room at the Hampton, but the rooms are good and the location is better than the ES, IMHO.
