I have a cellular phone, the nokia 3650 but I am not sure if it will work in Europe. Does anybody know if I will be able to use my phone there?

Assuming you bought it in the USA you may have issues as Nokia seems to have made two different models with different radios built in. The US version is a dual-band device on the 850 and 1900 MHz bands. If that will cover you where you are going in Europe you'll be OK, but I don't know that it will.

You have to make sure it is a GSM cellphone. AT&T and T-Mobile are the two large GSM networks. The T-Mobile version of the 3650 is a tri-band device and will work in Europe. Just make sure international roaming is activated. You might have to call your network provider.
