After entering my HH#, the message says “please remain on-line after your call to complete a short customer satisfaction survey.”
I’ve had these at random over the past several years, but this was my third time in two week, all on different questions!
Yesterday’s call did not go well, and the customer rep was obviously aware of my dissatisfaction. So after the call, the usual process is that she hangs up (or re-connects me), and I go to the survey. But in this case, she simply said “bye,” and did not hang up! I could hear background conversations. So, she was clearly waiting for me to hang up, which I eventually did, and then I was disconnected – no chance to participate in the survey.
This is the second time this has happened to me. Guess the agents figured out a work-around so that they won’t get a bad review on their record. Didn’t comment on this last year, but don’t want this to pass unmentioned again. Curious.
